Every Chris N Eddy’s runs the same short menu: a slider is two smashed patties on two slices of cheese in a buttered, toasted Martin’s potato roll. Order it Chris’s Way with lettuce, tomato, sauce and raw onion, or Eddy’s Way with sauce and grilled onion — every topping is free either way. Alongside them, chris-cut fries, cheese fries, loaded fries, shakes, and the Secret Menu.

We serve until 1 AM Monday through Thursday, 2 AM Friday through Sunday. Most places around Hollywood are dark by ten, which is why so much of what we smash goes out after midnight — to people coming off a shift, out of a show on Sunset, or off the 101 with nowhere else still cooking.

The full menu runs the whole time. Nothing is pulled at midnight, and the fries are cut the same right up to close — 1 AM Monday through Thursday, 2 AM Friday through Sunday — as they are at noon.
